Just wanted to thank you guys for all your help on recent re-purchase of RX350. Thank you, Shawn, for picking up the issue from the beginning and helping me through the initial process with the Lexus Corporate! Thank you, Michael, for providing me with an excellent service and a nice loaner vehicle while the car was in your garage for a repair for almost a month! And thank you, Paris, for helping me through the tedious purchase process! Albeit all of you were very busy, I think you guys have provided a true excellent customer service that Lexus of Glendale should be proud of. Thanks again and have a great day. Lexus of Glendale makes the experience easy. My service representative, KinKwan, is so skilled and so reliable. He contacts me when there is a problem, he is always prepared for my visit, he advises me with very wise counsel when I ask so many questions, and he makes sure I have an SUV for a loaner car. I have multiple disabilities and it is very difficult to drive any other car, and it is really hard to stay at the dealership. My car is always ready when I come to pick it up. The women at the counter are always friendly and efficient. These are just some of the wonderful things that Lexus of Glendale does for me. Thank you so very much. Just want to take a moment to compliment one of your employees for above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service. I bought my car from you people new in 2000. I've taken it in every single 5,000 miles and the car is in great shape with 135,000 miles on it. I've taken it nowhere else and always had good customer service. Long story short I noticed the ABS light was on on the dashboard. I brought it in and Aram Corluyan (assistant service manager)popped the hood and showed me the evidence of rat droppings and nesting. Eeecchh. And that the wiring needed to be replaced and that the mechanic after looking at it couldn't fix. A new wiring harness? $5500. Ouch! Aram explained to me to contact my insurance (which I never thought of). Sure enough he saved me $5,000. I just paid the $500. You people had the car for four days and did a great job. Car is running great. And I now park it in my garage instead of the carport. Thanks to Aram for walking me through the entire process like a surgeon would walk a patient through intricate surgery. I am a very, very happy customer. I feel he deserves a pat on the back. Or frame this letter. Thank you |

But the phenomenal experience & satisfaction I have recently had with your service department in general, and Service Manager Michael Ojaghian in particular, compels me to communicate this to you. From the moment my phone call is answered, till the moment my serviced & washed car is delivered; it is the courtesy, politeness, understanding & accommodation of special needs, and a genuine desire to please that impressed me. Dear Mr. Wells, I had my ’04 LS 430 in for servicing and repairs last week. I’m pleased to report that the experience was excellent, and since this particular car is a keeper…service is important to me. In particular, I want to say a few words about Chris Bosque. You’ve got a good man in young Chris. I’ve grown to trust his judgment and advice regarding my car. He always goes the extra mile to maintain a good relationship and he reflects positively on your dealership.
